Anyone else ttc have a 40+ day cycle?

Tuesday, August 31st, 2010

I have been TTC for over a year now and the length between my period is 40-50 days. I feel my chances of conceiving are reduced. None of the tests ovulation works well because it is for women with cycles of 28 days. Even became clear blue test to monitor fertility easy not left me after 24 days … So it was a total waste. I think taking Clomid, because I have no idea if I’m ovulating. Any advice. Oh, and everyone I know is Preggo … I’m happy for them, but it makes it harder for me to face my fertility problems.

I suffer from infertility but my husband doesn’t want to use treatments. Advice?

Tuesday, August 31st, 2010

I have PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) and I can say from my home in that ovulation tests two or three times a year. We agreed that we are ready to try for a baby but my husband refuses to let me take Clomid, which is what my doctor suggested. She wants to start Provera, then the control of my cycle and start the clomid at the right time, but my husband says he does not like the way it is. . . he thinks it takes away the romance of it and he wants to try ourselves for one year or less. My doctor tried to explain the chances of falling pregnant with me on mine are very rare, but it does not move. He says he has faith that God will help me develop ourselves. I think because he was raised by a mother who was a hippie macrobiotic eating alone in his life has never taken prescription drugs and believes that all diseases can be cured, including macro PCOS Herbal and diet. I’m not a vegetarian diet or eat healthy macro but I lost about 100 pounds (I am now 150 pounds), I exercise and I eat lots of vegetables and fruits. I do not know how to convince him to try clomid. I do not think I can handle a year of negative pregnancy tests. advice? appreciate the advice, but I can say with certainty that the children they want. He is the one who introduced the idea of trying to get pregnant you just really want that to happen naturally and do not receive, it is not possible.

Low fertility rates and economics – any solutions?

Thursday, August 26th, 2010

A problem in many industrialized countries is the so-called “fertility below replacement.” This means that women have, on average, less than 2. Children over a lifetime. This leads to serious economic problems because a small population of young non adequetly can support a large elderly population. In recent years, the Population Division of the United Nations (UN official statistical analysts) has sounded the alarm about fertility below replacement, which require solutions to help countries experiencing economic problems. What do you think we should do about it? It is a very real problem, which can be approached from different angles. I am eager to hear some ideas diferentes.Voy leave a source of a press release from the UN, but I warn you, reading is incredibly annoying. But not to hear “this is not true, prove it.” What I offer: http://www. United Nations. org/News/Press/docs/2003/pop850. doc. htm
