I read about different treatments using natural fertility, and this herb called Vitex Vitex or approached, I was wondering if anyone used it? Are there any side effects? and how effective is it? Its supposed to reduce the normal menstrual cycle and induce ovulation, so I read all this is true?

I found a website that sells the vitamins called fertility enhancers for women and I want to know if anyone has ever used them and if they really work before I waste the money, because I have an irregular period and I want to try anything I can to make it easier for me to conceive
