Hey, we are ttc and i was just curious if anyone knows any ways (food drinks ect) to naturally boost fertility in females. Just cause i have heard that women do not ovulate every month and yes…. also does the hold your legs up after sex actually increase your chances of concieving? anyways all input would be appreciated! thanks alot and baby dust to all!

I am 25 years old with unexplained infertility and I just want to know are there any ladies on here who has concieved using any of these methods.

Im currently taking a chinese herb for women called cinnamon & poria. Its made to warm the uterus unlock stagnation, make menstruation less painful and loosen any adhesions in the fallopian tubes. I am also doing a chinese fertility massage to my abdomen starting the last day of menstruation and stopping before ovulation {this massage is not to be done during luteal p or during ovulation}> Im also doing accupressure and hypnotherapy everyday to help me relax. I’m a 28yr old woman (disregard the yahoo image ) trying to conceive for almost a year now. I was diagnosed with PCOS 6 months ago and my DR prescribed provera supplements to regulate my cycles. I heard that fertility drugs are very expensive and did some research online and found a supplement called Ovulex that some people used and got pregnant but it’s been discontinued everywhere, so I found a few other herbal remedies…. does anyone know anything about FertilPlus, Fertility Blend and Fertilaid? or any other suggestions?
