Natural Fertility Treatments with Fertility Massage
&nbsp

It has been determined that many cases of infertility with no known cause can be ascribed to the accumulation of toxins, adhesions and obstructions in the fallopian tubes, and to stress and anxiety.  Regrettably established medicine doesn’t have any treatment for these conditions, other than to bypass the problem and recommend IVF treatments.  But, in the realm of natural fertility treatments, a type of massage, called fertility massage can treat all of these matters at once.  Therefore, many women are now turning to natural fertility treatments in the form of fertility massage therapy since it’s safer than surgical procedures and pharmaceutical drugs.

Why Fertility Massage?

These natural fertility treatments called fertility massage involves body work, often referred to as soft tissue therapy, and is both non surgical and non invasive.  This method of massage centers on boosting general wellbeing, but most of all it centers on lessening scarring, pelvic adhesions and/or tubal obstructions, thereby increasing the functioning of the reproductive organs.  Massage therapy for infertility is also applied to treat Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, uterine fibroids, blocked fallopian tubes, ovarian cysts, and numerous additional medical conditions that cause infertility in women.

For the bulk of women suffering from infertility the only medical recommendations are direct interventions like hormone therapy, drug therapy, in-vitro fertilization, or surgeries.  And while these procedures may work for some, they are either costly or invasive, and may in fact cause dangerous side effects, unlike natural fertility treatments.  Also, every last one of these treatments is used to treat only the symptoms of infertility without detecting the underlying cause. Fertility Massage

Fertility Massage

Fertility massage aids your body in achieving an optimal state of health.  The healthier you are the more physical energy your body will have to allow for healthy conception.  There are a number of natural fertility treatments and holistic massage techniques that can facilitate conception and help to support a healthy pregnancy and childbirth.  Most fertility massage methods use deep abdominal massage that facilitates an increase in blood flow to the reproductive area.

Blocked Fallopian Tubes, Adhesions, and Endometriosis

The natural fertility treatment called fertility massage helps to resolve potential blockages inside the fallopian tubes in a natural and non-invasive way.  These blockages can result from adhesions, which are rings of fibrous scar tissue that bind the pelvic organs and result from past pelvic infections, endometriosis, abdominal surgery or other physical traumas.  Using fertility massage, it is possible to move out these blockages by gently massaging the tissue that surrounds the reproductive organs.  Review Natural Fertility Treatments Guaranteed To Help You Conceive in Two Months

Fertility massage plays a very important role in assisting stress release.  Recent studies have shown there is a link between infertility, in both men and women, and a stressful lifestyle.  It has been proven that stress can affect the hormonal system to the point of delaying ovulation or even actually preventing the implantation of the fertilized embryo.  Therefore, through reducing your amount of stress, fertility massage can improve your chances of getting pregnant and staying pregnant.  Trying to conceive can be stressful when fertility problems are present, but prolonged stress and anxiety can complicate matters even further.  Stress can hinder your attempts to get pregnant by creating hormonal imbalances, which therefore affect ovulation timing, cervical mucus production, egg quality, sperm production and embryo implantation.

Not only will fertility massage increase the flow of blood to your uterus, ovaries and fallopian tubes, but it will also increase your sense of well being, strengthen your immune system, stimulate the balanced production of hormones, and improve
the health of your lymphatic system.  The final result of all these increases your chances of achieving conception.  Review Natural Fertility Treatments Guaranteed To Help You Conceive in Two Months

Fertility Massage For Stress Relief and Relaxation

The simple biological need for rest should be welcomed at all times in your life and fertility massage has the ability to help you find that restful calm space that your body needs to promote healing.  Your body functions best in a state of deep relaxation.  When you spend time either resting or relaxing, as during a fertility massage, your body is far more capable of healing and regenerating.

Fertility Massage Aids In Detoxification

Fertility massage as a natural fertility treatment also assists the discharge of toxins from your body through stimulation of the lymphatic system.  Your lymphatic system drains fluids from your body and detoxifies your tissues through filtering out toxins and foreign substances, which also strengthens your immune system.  A sluggish lymphatic system means that the waste disposal process in your body is compromised, and that your body is suffering from a build-up of stagnant lymph. When your lymph circulation becomes stagnant, toxins accumulate, and that in turn impairs cellular functioning and that can indirectly affect your ability to conceive.

When to Use Fertility Massage

Fertility massage as a Natural Fertility Treatment is healthful to both men and women while trying to conceive naturally or when undergoing in vitro fertilization or artificial insemination. Fertility massage prepares the body to create a state of underlying wellness in which assisted reproductive procedures can be more effective.  It also helps discharge toxins that have accumulated in your body due to pharmaceutical drugs.

Trying to get Pregnant, HELPP..?

Tuesday, October 11th, 2011

The problem is that my period is very irregular, so my cycle is all over the place. It ranges from 30-40 days, and that’s if i’m lucky. Me and my boyfriend are trying for a 1st baby, and we’re finding it extremely difficult, after trying for about a year! I decided to buy an OPK awhile back, and it said i was ovulating – but when i had sex during that time, absolutely nothing happened. I was even thinking about purchasing a Fertility Monitor, but it’s just too darn expensive. I also tried doing those Ovulation Calendars online, but they don’t seem too accurate, especially considering my period is so irregular, it wouldn’t seem too unusual to get it late. So when would i expect my ovulation period? I have my period for approximately 7 days everytime, but i don’t know when the best time before or after my period would be the best time for conception. I’m currently taking One A Day – Prenatals as a starter.

Can someone please help me outt,
We both really want a child but nothing’s happening.
:(
@sinfully- Just because i said the fertility monitor is too expensive is because it’s not worth throwing away a couple hundred dollars for something to help me get pregnant – rather than spend money on the kid his/herself.

I have money, but i don’t think buying the monitor would be a smart investment, you know what i mean?
And yes, from what i’ve seen the “clearblue” monitor is like $200.00. I don’t know of any other monitor except for that one..

What can I do to increase my chances of getting pregnant?

Friday, September 30th, 2011

My husband and I have been trying for six months. We were pregnant for five weeks, but then I had a miscarriage. It was really sad. We time ovulation and everything, and yes, we try a lot during ovulation. I was just wondering if there are other ways to increase chances, or fertility or anything, without having to go to a fertility doctor. Everyone else in my family has been able to get pregnant within the first three months of trying. It’s just pretty frustrating.
I do go to the gym regularly, and walk about three times a week at night. I have been taking prenatal vitamins for the whole six months that my obgyn perscribed. That’s what makes this even more frustrating.
