What herbal supplement can I take to increase my fertility?

Sunday, February 27th, 2011

I already:
Am a healthy weight (139 and 5’8)
Exercise 3 times a week, 30 minutes each time
Meditate/yoga
Eat a balanced diet including prenatal vitamins (no other meds) And take plenty of fluids
I have had a healthy PAP/Pelvic exam within the past 3 months
And no fast food
non smoker, non drinker, non drug user
I have a son that is 11 months.
I have been trying for 4 months to get pregnant, we have sex daily and do not use artificial lubrication.
My husband also leads a very healthy lifestyle.

1)Is there any way to increase my fertility with herbal suplements?
2) Am I haveing trouble concieving because its been less then one year since my (normal and healthy) natural vaginal birth?
3) Tips or tricks?

Thanks!!!! :)

Should I take Ultra Mega Womens Vitamin and the GNC’s fertility blend together or just prenatal before ttc?

Sunday, October 31st, 2010

I am really confused and I don’t want to take too much, right now I am taking the Ultra Mega Women’s vitamin and I was going to buy the Fertility Blend they sell for both of us but I don’t know if taking those two together would be too much and cost ALOT more money when I could just ask my doctor if I could take prenatal vitamins and just pay the copay? We are going to start trying to conceive soon so I want to make sure I am as healthy as possible. Which one do you think I should take? Help!

Are there any at home things I can eat, take, drink, to increase fertility?

Sunday, May 23rd, 2010

My husband and I want a baby. Is likely to be difficult. We do not have the extreme amount of money needed for fertility treatments, and my insurance does not cover well. Therefore, I thought it would be more natural, homeopathic things. Like vitamins and things. All suggestions are welcome.
